Programme summary

  • The programme covers key leadership skills, including delegating, giving feedback, and managing performance reviews with confidence.

  • Each module will be held online on Microsoft Teams and are 55 minutes (with the exception of Introduction to Giving Feedback at 85 minutes). They won’t be recorded so it’s important you attend.

  • Each module discusses the mindset shift from the perspective of subject matter expert to manager, manager to leader, and leader to executive leader.

  • Your leaders and CEOs will be included in the sessions to share their experiences and learn more about you.

  • You have been given a Leadership Dashboard template to document your progress with the 7 key leadership skills of the programme. As you progress through the programme, it's expected that you update your Leadership Dashboard and share your progress in your 1:1s with your direct manager.

  • Allocate a minimum of 4 hours/month to attend the sessions, reflect, and integrate your learnings.

  • You will be asked to share anonymous feedback at the end of each module on your experience, what you'd love more of to help your leadership move forward, and what you might be craving differently in the future.

Complimenting the programme are two 360 feedback surveys, via Culture Amp (the same platform that facilitates the Employee Engagement surveys), to give you an opportunity to review your progress.

Introduction to Delegation

Delegating is a relatively simple task. So why is it we experience such varied results? Often it’s because we don’t have a plan. We leave people to it and hope for the best.

In this session, learn a framework for delegating and how to nip edits in the bud by having feedback conversations throughout the process.

Prepare For A Performance Review

How do we have a productive review? By acknowledging achievements and outlining what we’d love to see more of.

When we ask our team member to prepare for a performance review prior, we’re so much more likely to have a productive conversation.

Step through a Framework you yourself can use and one you can use with your team member so everyone’s feeling confident.
