WHAT ARE THE 5E’s?

The 5E’s are a ‘menu’ to choose from, when thinking about how we’ll bring our development to life. The 5E’s are:

  • Experience

  • Exposure

  • Education

  • Expectations

  • Expertise

Once you’ve decided what skills you’d like to develop, you can then choose one of the 5E’s to action them.

Use the below worksheet for your plan and, if you have one, your team too.
