In the Established Leaders Programme, leaders learn how to create a culture of high performance by design.

They step through the four factors of culture (systems, behaviours, communication, relationships) and the research of the world's top performing teams.

They discover what actions they can take every day to influence the culture.

As a result of the programme, established leaders will have:

• Techniques to improve psychological safety (#1 predictor of high performance).
