  • What do I want to achieve?

  • What do I want to feel/be?

  • What do I want to have?

Enjoy this and bravo again for taking the time to focus on your leadership.

Select three that resonate with you the strongest.

  1. Autonomy: working autonomously.

  2. Creativity: being creative at work.

  3. Power/Influence: growing influence or increasing power.

  4. Meaning: work has meaning to you.

  5. Expertise: growing or using your expertise.

  6. Status: a position of status.

  7. Material reward: monetary or material rewards (e.g. commission, bonus)

  8. Security: consistent cash or feelings of security emotionally.

  9. Affiliation: others are like you, and you’re around others.

Ponder which of these three are currently available to you in your existing circumstance? Which would you like to make more of a cameo in your world?
